Nothing will feel rushed, these sessions are natural with minimal posing involved. The focus will be on your newest addition and the love you have for your baby.

I have two kids of my own and realize these memories only get more precious with time.
My background is in nursing and art which I believe is a great combination when meeting new people during their most vulnerable moments in life.
I understand that this is a special and emotional time for your family, which is why I approach each session with care and professionalism. My goal is to create a relaxed and comfortable environment where you can simply focus on bonding with your baby while I take care of the rest.
My Approach: Why Nursing Experience Matters
My background is in both art and nursing, which I believe is the perfect combination for newborn photography. Having worked as a nurse, I understand the physical and emotional toll of childbirth. I know how to navigate a hospital room, work quietly around medical equipment, and respect the space of both the family and the hospital staff. You are in a vulnerable, beautiful moment of transition, and my goal is to document it with the utmost care, patience, and professionalism—knowing exactly when to guide you and when to simply step back and let a moment happen.
Fresh 48 Newborn Session Investment
All-inclusive Shoot Package
This session always takes place in the hospital or place of birth. Usually done on the second or third day after birth. There is minimal newborn posing if any at all. In a way, it's similar to a family session with a focus on the new baby. I prefer not to use props but focus on love, emotions and connection.
1-1.5 shoot at location.
Minimum of 55-60 photographs delivered via digital gallery.

Also includes: experience and skill of photographer 10+ years, shoot time, professional editing by Agnes (not outsourced) and communication via email and/or phone.

Why do a Fresh 48 session?
The first hours after birth are unlike anything else you will ever experience. The exhaustion, the relief, the disbelief that this tiny person is finally here — it all lives in those first moments in a way that is impossible to recreate. Within days, the hospital bracelets come off, the swelling fades, and life at home begins. Within weeks, those first hours start to blur. A Fresh 48 session exists for one reason: to stop time, just for a little while, and make sure you never forget what it felt like to meet your baby for the very first time. These are not just photographs. They are proof that this moment happened, that your family began, and that you were there — completely present — for all of it.
I regularly photograph Fresh 48 sessions at many of the top delivery hospitals across Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. Because I am familiar with these facilities, I can work efficiently and comfortably in their maternity wards.

Fresh 48 Session Questions, Answered!

Sessions are typically 1 to 1.5 hours. I work quietly and efficiently so you and your family can rest, recover, and bond without feeling like you’re in the middle of a photo shoot. Easy, stress-free with some gentle guided posing.

Very little — that’s the beauty of a Fresh 48 session. If you’d like, you can pack a simple outfit for baby and something comfortable for yourself, but it’s completely optional. I work with whatever the moment gives us. Reserve your session ahead of time and text me when you’re on the way to the hospital!

You’ll receive a minimum of 55–60 professionally edited photographs delivered via an online digital gallery. All editing is done personally by Agnes — never outsourced — and your gallery will be ready within 1–2 weeks of your session.

Yes, majority of parents chose to include older siblings. I have worked with families for many years and feel comfortable with kids of all ages.

Yes, absolutely. A Fresh 48 session is very relaxed, and you will not need to move around much. I work around your comfort level, often photographing you right in your hospital bed while you hold and bond with your baby.

Babies rarely arrive on schedule! When you book your session, I put your due date on my calendar. I simply ask that you or your partner send me a quick text when you go into labor or head to the hospital, and we will coordinate the exact time for the session once the baby is here.

Yes! Welcoming twins is an incredible experience, and I love capturing the unique bond between newborn siblings during those first hospital days.

My all-inclusive package covers travel to most hospitals within the greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio area. If you are delivering further away, please reach out and we can discuss any potential travel arrangements.
